This is H&L Quality Paper
This is H&L Quality Paper. It's well constructed, with a thick paper backing and high quality loop backing. I would give it a 5 but sandpaper is hard on me. I'm still waiting for this magical paper that stays fresh for hours. Until then, I can't go higher than 4. However, it is a good quality paper.
