The ability to track conversions from different channels such as social media, emails etc.The dashboard is very user friendly with all KPIs being presented in one place so it's easy to identify which channel has been performing best or worst at any given time.
There are no options available within their platform that allow you to create custom reports without having access to 3rd party software like Google Analytics (if using GA). We use this tool daily along side our other analytics platforms to measure how well each campaign performs across multiple traffic sources e.g Facebook vs Twitter vs Email campaigns.
