Firstly it looks like the same tool as many others here except it's a few bucks cheaper but has a better feature which is a pen that increases suction holds. There is a screw on the cup lever, this has or rather had a locking ring which was either missing or popped out causing the pin to fall out. Without a pin, the whole jig is useless. Other than that and the bearing issues, this is a great fixture. it stuck firmly to the shower wall and held the bat in place. I think it is sufficient for commercial use. and of course for various projects around the house. If you need to drill with a diamond hole saw, this is the way to go.
