I don't see any upgrade over the previous model other than the built in fuse on the power cord. I bought 2 previous models within 3 years because they just didn't work properly anymore. They will just randomly go off for no reason. I saw this was advertised as an upgrade so decided to give it a try. It's nowhere near as loud as the previous model, and there's no way to adjust sensitivity. I tried using the same method as the previous model but nothing. Also, my turn signals flash very weakly as if my battery is dead, which is not the case. I would recommend the previous model even if it only lasts a year or so.
