When the package arrived we thought the massagers were thin but after using them a few times over the past few weeks I can say I really like them! Yes, the tines connect easily, but given the different head sizes, I'd say it's a good thing. I have a large head with a sensitive scalp and was very happy to be able to make the massager bigger. Through research and personal experience I can say: YES, scalp massage definitely stimulates hair growth! Anything that stimulates the nerves in the scalp increases blood flow, thereby increasing the rate and amount of hair growth. The increase in blood flow also sends more nutrients to the hair, causing hair to grow healthier. Cats love it, by the way. The Liba massager was definitely a good buy!
