This charging stand is perfect for the new Apple Watch Series 4, 3 and previous generations and operates perfectly for the series 4 as advertised in the description. I purchased a dock from another popular brand previously that did not allow my 44mm Series 4 to make proper contact with the charger as stated in that product's description. The dial on the back of this Beacoo dock allows you to raise or lower a padded platform to hold your watch securely aligned with the charging surface. The base has four rubber feet to ensure stability. This dock is best in class I could find for the price by far. Too bad Apple doesn't include a dock such as this with the watch as it is almost a necessity to keep your watch secure during charging and to enjoy the "Nightstand Mode" that engages during nightly charges.
