I am able to see what their schedule looks like and it's much more detailed than other providers! We are able to get all of our nurses in at the same time which is great for our patients because they don't have people show up randomly! The scheduling software is very user friendly so there aren't too many learning curves. It takes a bit for new staff members to learn how the schedulers work but we are working through this. They do a good job of finding RNs that fit within your organization and you have control over when you schedule them. There were 2 nurses who started last year that I didn't want to hire due to different issues the employer had with them but they are coming onboard now. We're able to find coverage quickly since we know it will be scheduled. I like how they are always trying to improve their service level from time-to.- They have great resources for any job seeker that needs assistance in getting through this process with ease! Nothing really stands out at all but overall it has been easy so far!! The customer support team members help you along every step throughout your application/ interview processes which helps put my mind more comfortable about them as an employer.
