Takes temp slowly
In the short time I've been using this thermometer, it doesn't measure milk temp as quickly as I think it will. This means you can accidentally scald milk froth if the temperature rises above 160 degrees. I cannot recommend this product. The temperature of the propellant is best known by touch; rather than relying on an inaccurate gauge.
