Perfect for PWC best in my review

Got a couple of the 3.5" x 12.8" size to use when temporarily tying my PWC up to a dock or other boats. I use 3/8" x 5' dock lines with these bumpers and they've served their purpose perfectly thus far.

Returned as wrong size

Cons

They can create extra drag when moving through the water
