I gave 5 stars. The original purchase I made was great. My heater was delivered on time and fitted the beta aquarium perfectly. Unfortunately the heating stopped working after about 3 months. I really liked the heater, but the return period has already expired. Having doubts, I still contacted the company for a replacement and to my surprise they were happy to send me a new heater. instantly. Delivered within a week! So far so good with the new heater. I'll post again in the future if this one fails like the last one. I give 5 stars because I really like the heater. Its size and accuracy could not have been better for my needs. and fantastic customer service will definitely make me a repeat customer. I highly recommend this company! Hope that helps!
