Review on 🎧 ASTRO Gaming A40 TR Wired Headset + MixAmp Pro TR - Dolby Audio for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac (Black/Blue) by Natalie Adams

I've been using Razer Tiamat 7.1 since 2013. I really liked them. However, they never got good reviews for music and did a good job with positional audio in games. Since games were their primary function, they served me well and I could hear footsteps very easily. Now that I've upgraded to the A40, the sound is much better. The open-back headphones made the sound so much better, they sound clear and exceeded all of my expectations. I use the optical cable output on the HT Omega Claro II to power these devices and it works well. When using make sure you install the Astro software and visit the Astro forums to download sound presets (there is a dedicated discord channel just for that). If you don't set them up, you won't get your full money's worth. The default audio versus the custom preset was almost as big an improvement over the 2013 headphones!
