Review on Datasense Solutions Inc. by Ken Coste

DataSense does everything you need it to do, from importing your data into their system (which I've never done before), through all aspects needed for an effective BI solution such as creating reports in multiple languages including Portuguese/Português(Brazil) etc., they are responsive when issues arise, providing excellent customer service with real people that care about solving problems rather then just getting paid off! They can be slow at times but not too bad considering we're dealing witt large volumes of information so its expected there will always be some lag time between receiving updates or new changes being made by our end users which is part & parcel of any implementation process - regardless if using 3rd party software like DSSS vs internal systems built specifically around this type of scenario). There's nothing much else i'd suggest improving other than maybe adding additional options once.
