Only does what is in the description.
Allowed me to use a large 1/2" socket with a 3/8" socket. The connections are good and tight. Little leeway. I think it's good. I thought about removing the star because when I put it on my desktop it doesn't do anything. He just sits there. No bells, whistles, LEDs. Nothing. :)
