Upset and disappointed, product is very bad!

A year ago, we went out and purchased a brand new Valco baby Snap Ultra Trend stroller. When we went outside for the first time on the street and unlocked the wheels, we saw that she was not going anywhere at all. This was our first realization. They are unable to turn, but when they are still, if you raise the stroller, they may spin quite quickly and there is nothing that can get in their way. I would only ride if the swivel wheels were completely immobilized in one position. It was the most chaotic situation of the century. presumably one whole month of such agony, and then wedged it. Then, the management of it was a delight. After a year had passed, the same issue recurred when driving on ice toward the end of winter. This time, the vehicle was shaking violently. There is no benefit to lubricating the components. There is a lack of clarity regarding the nature of the issue. The stroller is not designed for use on unpaved surfaces; however, it handles very well on asphalt and tiles. However, when there is a significant amount of snow and it is snowy porridge, pushing it is merely hard labor. They mention in the text that there are additional wheels suitable for the winter that may be purchased separately. But we didn't buy. When it is riding on snowy ice, it rides just as poorly, and it rattles the youngster extremely vigorously. The stroller is quite lightweight, however it is quite narrow. There is no position of the back that is totally vertical, it was difficult to place on a standard cradle cover for legs, but it is cold without it. It is normal in the summer, but it is a bit crowded in the winter. It appears to be uncomfortable for the child. Simple and easy to grasp. When folded, the object is compact. The location both toward and away from you, as well as a silent viewing window and a large hood, are both significant advantages. Because it does not experience any decline in value, additional mattresses of some kind are required for the very smallest ones. At first, it just comes as a surprise to the mother. The handle has a very little amount of wiggle room. But not critical. Constant twisting is done to the leather overlays that are on the handles. The stroller that was standing on the stopper was blown backwards by eight meters when there was a heavy wind but no child in it.

Pros
  • The stroller is lightweight, simple to fold, and allows the youngster to face either you or away from you. It also has a large hood.
Cons
  • Because swivel wheels cannot move without being blocked, the youngster may feel confined during the winter. It requires a significant amount of effort to push through snowy oatmeal since it rattles quite a bit on the ice.
