these are awesome. i have has an electruc toothbrush for years, but decided to pick these up when my entire lifestyle changed. I'm still on brush one, the head is super big so getting the back of ypur mouth is somewhat challenging. the bristles tho soft work their way under your gums. I am complimented on how white my teeth are especially when i go to the dentist. in the 2 months i have been using these brushes my teeth are definitely looking brighter due to the brush giving me a better cleaning than my expensive electric toothbrush. I do not and will not partake in using the charcoal toothpaste as that can do damage to the enamel with extensive use. I use Sensodyne toothpaste only, no whitening strips and i floss occasionally and my teeth are unsually white. All this from a woman who loves coffee. lol
