I ordered this because my dog hates the rain. After measuring my dog and getting the one that SHOULD have fit. I tried it on her and of course it did not fit. The adjustable velcro didn’t leave me with enough material and the rough part is right under her arms against her skin. It’s too tight around the top half of her body. I measured according to the diagram and got what should have been the correct fitting. I do however like how lightweight it is. Especially for the value. It’s just the sizing is off. Get the next size up
