I have an aging Z68 build with I7-3770. wanted to upgrade my front io. After all, it costs $23 and actually works pretty well. I ordered 5252E20 (Model A) with SATA/ESATA, Molex, USB 2.0/3.0, Headphone/Mic. Micro SD (TF) M2, MMC, CF (Compact Flash) and SD cards. camera memory cards. ((I ordered a female Molex LP4 to female SATA cable for testing HDS and optical drives)) -> (4-pin Molex to dual YA cable power SATA 8.67 inch adapter) This is not the fastest io. especially card readers. but it gets the job done... anyway. I mean, this thing costs under $25, has tons of options, and was made when Windows 7 was all the rage. So I guess you get what you pay for, don't expect lightning fast performance or anything. Most motherboards made in the last 10 years have proper connectors for all the cables that come with them.
