I eat a lot of soup in the winter. I recently used my new bowl hooker for the first time. The soup was hot when I took it out of the microwave, but I was able to take it out of the microwave very easily and conveniently because the bowl rack wasn't hot. I heated the bowl (in the hagger) for 3 minutes at 80% power and then another minute at 100% power. Too bad I didn't see them before Christmas as I would give them away but there is always next Christmas. Being able to use the hugger in the microwave is fantastic.
