Review on Grey Matter by Jeff Henkhaus

The most useful thing about grey matter was its ability to handle all our networking needs in one place without having different tools or software running at each site (ie Cisco IOS). There were many options available but they weren't very intuitive so it took some time before we started using them effectively! Also there are too much things you can do which makes finding what's best difficult sometimes - this could be improved by adding better explanations as well maybe? We used GM mainly because other vendors didn’t have products like ours out yet when starting up these projects; however once their solutions came along then competition increased significantly meaning pricing became important again unfortunately!!
