Review on 💻 Efficient Cloud Scanner & Digital Filing System: NeatConnect for PC and Mac (6003875) by Matthew Evans

I bought Neat Connect for my business. This scanner is NOT worth the price. The paper feed mechanism is poorly designed so I have constant paper jam problems - yes I've read the instructions and it still doesn't help. The resolution quality leaves a lot to be desired even at the maximum resolution of 600 DPI. If you want to email scans directly to yourself instead of using Neat's cloud system, you should limit the number of sheets to 10, as the file size, even at the lowest resolution, will become too large to send via E - to send mail. I suspect this is intentional to force users to use the cloud system provided by Neat. Whether something is scanned in portrait or landscape is completely random and I have yet to find a setting to force it to scan in portrait.
