I like that they have good customer support team who are very knowledgeable about all things related to sending emails. They also offer A/B testing which allows me to test different variations of my campaigns without having to go through the process of building out new templates each time. The only thing I dislike is how long it takes for them to respond when you reach out via chat or phone call. It can take weeks sometimes before someone responds if at all. Sending automated emails using WhatCounts has been one of the most effective ways we've used to communicate with customers.
