Great email marketing software and responsive tech help

I like that they have good customer support team who are very knowledgeable about all things related to sending emails. They also offer A/B testing which allows me to test different variations of my campaigns without having to go through the process of building out new templates each time. The only thing I dislike is how long it takes for them to respond when you reach out via chat or phone call. It can take weeks sometimes before someone responds if at all. Excellent Customer Service and Very Pleased with Results

I like that they have such specific goals for each customer. It's great because we can easily see who has been contacted about which product or message in order of importance; this helps us identify any problems before contacting customers directly, as well as seeing if there are any open questions left from previous interactions. They also offer several plans starting at $5/month so people without budgets don't miss out! The main problem I had was finding some of these emails when searching…

  • Very user friendly interface makes life easier than other marketing automation tools
Cons
  • So-so

The customer support team helps us troubleshoot any issues we have immediately after they are notified of them via ticketing system or phone call from one member in particular whose expertise shines through at every turn! I absolutely love that this tool has saved me so much time because now all my emails go out right when expected date & times which allows for less manual work (and therefore happier clients!). Definitely recommend checking these guys/gal first as there could be better tools if
