Review on Simplicant by Michael Lara

I like that this software has an easy way of creating custom questions which allows me as the recruiter to gather more information than just what's in their application form. It also helps keep track of my candidates' responses so it makes reviewing applications quicker! There isn't anything really bad about simplicent but sometimes when there will be errors or problems they don't always respond quickly enough (or at all) to fix them themselves. Sometimes if something goes wrong during interviews then it takes longer for us to find out about it because simplicient doesn't send emails directly to our team members who conduct those interviews. This was helpful to make sure everyone knew how well each candidate did compared to others after conducting several rounds of phone screens/interviews.
