I found the teeth too wide and the handle too difficult to grab and pull, but it's possible if you have strong hands or wear protective gloves. Maybe I'll try my gardening gloves next time. Getting the snake down the drain was difficult, but getting it back up was even more difficult. I told all this to a guy who emailed me asking me to rate his product or give him a chance to make it right before leaving a negative review. In response, he thanked for the reply and returned the money. My position is that I would like to try his other products.
