I love how easy it is to create different teams and keep them straight. I can also keep track of everyone's progress and know exactly who is where. It can be a little confusing at times when you're trying to go through all of the different tabs, but overall it's been a great tool for tracking our volunteers. It's helped us get more organized and keep track of our organization's progress. We've seen an increase in our volunteer recruitment. I think we're getting more volunteers in the door. The dashboard makes it easy to see where we are relative to our goals! It's also helpful when you're trying to figure out what exactly went well or didn't go as planned during an event. I wish there was more of a way to customize some aspects of the app - like being able to change colors/fonts. We've started using rhythm at work now and have realized how much easier it has made tracking tasks vs spreadsheets (which were previously used).
