My first impression when I received these 20 small garbage bags from Mumoso was that they reminded me of the types of flimsy clear bags I could find at my local dollar store. .Unfortunately, it's not a dollar, nor are they as impressive and durable as promised. These bags arrived well packaged and on a roll. Each pouch has a perforated edge and you pull it away from the roll to access the pouch. I was happy to see that despite the perforated edges, they managed to enclose the laces. Individual sachets are light, white in color but slightly transparent. You can definitely see through them. These are 8 gallon bags that have been known to hold 8 kg or just over 17 pounds of household waste. That's definitely not true. I first tried 15 pound bags and yes I weighed them and the bag ripped. I lowered it to 12 pounds and got the same answer, and in fact the gap was even more significant. Separate breaks were in two different places. However, once I got the weight down to under 10 pounds, everything seemed to be going well until I had nothing with a remotely sharp edge. These are mainly bags for light household or office needs. The description itself is also confusing. The description mentions that these bags are more environmentally friendly because they are made from cornstarch, even though the ingredient description says polyethylene. Polyethylene is a common plastic. In fact, these plastic bags promise a lot and deliver little. They are perfect for light household needs or maybe as a small bin in the bedroom. However, these are not bags you want to stuff too much in, as they tear easily. This has happened to me twice. Given their price and lack of durability, I will not review these bags and certainly will not review them again.
