My husband bought this for me as a gift. He installed it after a few months and I liked it. The construction is solid, so I expected it to last a long time. About 5 months ago, the left arm sagged and could no longer be adjusted. It was not possible to replace the cylinder and we bought it a year earlier so the warranty had expired. Now my right arm is down, good thing I was there or my monitor might get damaged. So now they're both secured until we figure out what's next. We don't want to buy another system, but I work from home and need the desk space that this article has given me. If it will be possible to install new cylinders, we are ready to fix it.
