I started exercising regularly for the first time in my life and started taking protein shakes about a month ago (phase 8). I hate protein shakes for the most part, and I think I always will. I don't have lumps for the most part, maybe tiny lumps every two shakes. I've been using it for a week now (once a day) and still haven't charged it, so the battery life is solid. In fact, it's not difficult to clean either. I put in some soap and then turn on the shaker for a quick rinse before throwing it in the dishwasher (with the battery removed). I don't really use the part that lets you store the powder, but it doesn't. bad to have just in case. I sincerely hope the shaker lasts a while because it is truly amazing.
