Worst Product and Service! I mean I really like the idea and the concept. But it's really bad quality! I tried the old version first and lasted about a week before the motor started to fail. I thought the new version would be better, but no! Worse! Never started! And when I contacted the support team, I felt that they were just insulting my intellect.

As a big fan of PROMiXX 2.0 (using it every day for the last 6 months) I couldn't resist upgrading to this latest model. The first thing that catches my eye is the tinted bottle and the new cap design, both are very cool. It looks and feels like a very high quality blender. The reservoir is also a big improvement and being able to drink from the bottle inside is helpful. I'm very happy that updated!
