Perfect for my application. I ride a 29er Cannondale MTB. I usually ride longer distances on flatter ground, 10-15 miles. This gives my hands/wrists a break from the unnatural twisting on the stock handlebars. Also, different angles to climb the hill. Easy installation. I shortened the rubber grips a bit. It came with additional black plastic plugs on the ends of the poles. (the red ones are mine) They are short so may not fit large hands. The ends of the rods are painted black glossy. They go well with my riding gloves, but some may want to glue theirs on for extra grip. I wish they were in other colors. And why is the Allen screw silver instead of black?
