I like that they are always thinking of new ways to market my business - I also appreciate their flexibility when it comes to scheduling calls/workshops. They do great work! Sometimes we have problems communicating but overall good communication between us. As far as pricing goes, I think it's fair considering all the different options you're given and how much time you spend working together. If you want someone who will be flexible and willing to listen you need to take advantage of these guys. You'll get what you pay for if you look elsewhere.
