This is a great grout remover but you have to be patient and careful. Be careful as the product works so well that if you slip you will puncture the tile. lol. I have made! Also, this product must be used with a black guide cap that will keep the carbide cutter at the correct angle. I blushed and used it hands-free, broke the racquet within 15 minutes and had to order a new one. never mind My fault for not following those annoying instructions. your dremel! The floor was basic but the bathroom walls are a little trickier getting the dremel at the right angle and not skipping the joints but it can be done with a little patience and care. It's much easier than traditional scraping tools that will either damage the tile or cut your hand.
