Review on Flowtron BF-150 Replacement Bulb for BK-80D, FC7600 & Wall Sconce Models by Erin Sacchetti

I read in other reviews that these bulbs break easily when fitted. I found the install worked very well without making any changes to the bottom tabs as stated in some of the reviews I read. I accomplished this by removing the plastic cage/lid, replacing the bulbs, and carefully reinstalling the plastic cage/lid. I haven't even tried swapping the bulbs with the bottom tabs on the bulb holder. I firmly believe that I would break lightbulbs if I tried to replace them this way. Just a few screws to remove the entire plastic case and it also gave me the ability to clean the entire device. The bulbs were actually different from the original bulbs that came with the unit, but replacing them this way I was sure they wouldn't break. My device needed two lamps because I have a Flowtron BK-80D. Someone mentioned that the direction of the bulb matters, so I just made sure to keep the bulb orientation the same, using the text on the bulb as a guide. I hope this helps someone in the future as I was very nervous about buying these replacement bulbs knowing others were having trouble installing them. They are expensive but replacing them was much appreciated after seeing the difference in reducing the number of bugs by installing new bulbs.
