are your hands really big? You will need something else.

My hands are average for a grown man. They fit me well and I ordered "extra large" based on other reviews. very large fits me so as not to tighten and lose. As for HEAT, I was out with a blower and shovel for about 2-3 hours on a cloudy 30 degree day. The bottom line is that my fingers were cold but not tingly when it was done, but now they were almost as cold as my toes. So for the price they work much better than the old gloves, plus they kept my fingers dry and I was able to operate all the controls on the snow thrower with ease.
