Review on Emerson Ceiling CF788SW Separately Adaptable by Tracy Robinson

We had to buy this fan because our Hunter fan finally failed after 20 years. Reviews were great and it sounded like a big fan. Our electrician installed it and to our surprise the 6 speed doesn't make much of a difference. A small increase in speed with each one. In our room, the fan is installed above the sofa and does not even blow paper off the sofa at maximum speed. We have a wall and a remote and they are both the same. In fact we called the electrician again to see if there had been a mistake in the installation. I think the next fan we buy will be the Hunter if it's still in production.
