I really like these tights, I mean they are thick and I think they will be great for the Utah winter. My daughter has recently become obsessed with wearing dresses in the winter season 😔 so this was the solution to that problem. They're really fat and so far she hasn't complained about being cold. The cons are they are quite big she is 2 years old and 90% tall so she is tall and still a little big for her but I hope they fit next year so it didn't bother me, and the other downside is that the shape of the foot really has no shape. I don't know how to explain it.
