Buy only if you are REPLACING your old key fob case. DO NOT BUY trying to duplicate
I made the mistake of buying 2 and cutting them out at my local hardware store only to find out I needed a programmed chip just to unlock the door and trunk . I knew I would need a programmed key to turn the car on, but I was hoping to use it as an extra key if I ever accidentally locked my original key in the car. Maybe Amazon will refund my money but I just wanted to share this with anyone trying to do the same as me. I heard that some keys only work on doors without a chip,
