The team at cyber ops has always been very professional, friendly and helpful when dealing with them. They have done many pentesting engagements for me over the years. I like that they are honest about what can be accomplished and how much time it will take to complete an engagement. Sometimes there's too much information given out during a report which makes it difficult to understand. This could help other clients by being more concise with their reports but also make sure you ask all questions! We've used them several times now for different projects.
