I had bought this cord to replace the original cord for my ACER Aspire 4730 Z laptop. It fit perfectly into the port, dissipated heat just as the original cord had done, and there were no sparks when I was plugging it in. The problem occurred within a month's time, when all of a sudden the charger just stopped working. I attempted to contact the seller but did not receive any feedback at all. I had to turn to Revain for customer service, in which they did issue a full refund. I would have been really happy with the product if it had kept working. Oh well, the search continues.
