Great fit great material perfect for a casual smart look
I bought a medium size and usually wear small, I'm 5'3 138lbs, I have a C bust, my measurements are 34 , 28, 38. I'm curvy for my height and this dress fits in all the right places. The slit isn't that high if you're small! And I wore flat shoes with this dress, and the dress touched the floor. The heels should be low, otherwise the dress will hang up.
