DirectTV now AT&T was just here. He used the H25 receiver. The dish rotated and was aimed at an unobstructed view of satellite 101. Running tests never showed that she received any signal. Everything was checked except for the connection. But there was no signal. Sunday King customer service is closed. I've been waiting for weeks to finally get time to get going and show DirectTV. So disappointed. $500 and an additional $86 quick install kit and my time installing those holes in the roof of my van to set everything up for what I thought would be a simple hookup for nothing. I'll see how King's customer service is tomorrow. Maybe send everything back! Pooh! Update!: Spoke to King Tech Support. Since DirectTV had an H25 receiver, the installer must have known it was an SWM receiver. So he needs the SWM8 kit that "YOU" DirectTV should have supplied. The installer left and by the way said that as his manager told him DirectTV should not be connected unless it is permanent residence! I told him I have a mailing address here at Camping on Wheels. And even if it worked, it wouldn't be in HD at all! I returned the DirectTV King VQ4800 today and as always the support from Revain has been great! I have a DISH KING VQ4510 Tailgater Bundle - Portable Satellite Antenna and Dish HD Solo VIP 211z Receiver available tomorrow. DISH is 100% more manageable, it gives me over 100 HD channels and I don't even need DISH to be here to do anything! So, finally, RUN FROM DIRECT TELEVISION AT ANY COST!
