A little tool I didn't know I had. I have one of those coarse files that looks like a cheese grater and is as hard as it works. It's just not smooth or comfortable. This device is fantastic! I have no idea how this is supposed to work, but it works! I no longer have to saw off half of my heel to treat unusually dry feet. I bought them for all my relatives to use as darning stockings. Can't recommend it more highly!
