The best I've tried
They fit perfectly, which is perfect for me. Added Velcro makes the shoe more secure and also includes laces to prevent them from dangling and unraveling. I tried the innov-8 and they fit my sock very oddly and every step hurts me. Not these!
Pros
- They provide excellent arch support and reduce the risk of foot fatigue and injury.
Cons
- May not be as comfortable as other types of weightlifting shoes.
