Perfect for my needs so far.

I'm a powerlifter with very long hips and a short torso, so I have a hard time squatting. Tried out my new shoes yesterday and was able to make depth and balance much easier. (Heel lifting shortens the hips and lengthens the calf to make it easier to squat more vertically and lower) But only at 60% of your maximum back load. I'm excited to see what happens on Max Day. After reading the reviews, I increased it by half to a 7.5. I usually wear 6.5 inch dress shoes and 7 inch athletic shoes. And…

    Pros
    • I'm new to powerlifting and this shoe helped me a lot with my squats!
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Skepticism about specialized sports equipment? ignorance gone!

The shoes are a bit wide for my foot, but that's not because of the shoes. That works great. Great support and even helps with exercises other than squats. One literally looks forward to the rise in general. especially squatting. Easily help increase your squat by 15%. Went from 4-5 reps at 275lbs to a solid 8 reps just for the foot/heel support. Damn good investment

    Pros
    • They work great for their intended purpose.
    Cons
    • Expensive compared to other weightlifting shoes on the market.

    Great shoe, well made

I felt they were great shoes. I'm not a professional lifter so take my point with a pinch of salt but I found this shoe to be durable and well made. I reduced the size, although another comment from a real pro lifter said that lifting shoes should be narrow. To be honest I sent the shoes back within a month because I realized I could squat better without them (I was trying to learn more about the mechanics of a good squat) but in the time when I she had, I used her. enough to ensure they last…

    Pros
    • Just what my granddaughter needs for weightlifting
    Cons
    • 8 ordered but the shoes received were too tight to wear let alone work out.

    Comfortable, fits well, works great!

These weightlifting shoes are perfect for my needs! I recently took up weight lifting to try to lose weight and I stumbled across them and thought I'd give it a try. I usually only train in my regular shoes, but they have changed my level of comfort a lot. They appear to be very well made and don't feel like they're falling apart - and they didn't fall apart during use. They are very comfortable to wear and I like that they don't slip. I usually wear size 7.5US to 8US and I have 8 and they fit…

    Pros
    • With deadlifts and squats, pay attention to how well they work. Reliable support. Highly recommended.
    Cons
    • Buy half a size larger. you are small

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    buy this one size up

I have an 11.5 foot width, I ordered the 12s and they fit as expected, the toe box is a bit tight but to be honest I didn't even notice it when I started walking up and it seems that the material will stretch over time, the soles are quite stiff and most importantly they felt very stable when I got a bad review after a month or so heavy (405 squats) but first impressions are very good. Update, the outsole on one of the shoes is starting to come off, no big deal. It's an easy fix but the metal…

    Pros
    • These strappy and lace-up sneakers are perfect for your feet.
    Cons
    • The non-slip outsole may not be as effective as advertised

    Very good squat shoes

Pros: > Strong heel support: The raised heel is very durable compared to Adidas or Nike squat shoes > Good quality: So far, after at least 30 sessions, there is no structural damage with these shoes > Design: They are very smooth in - one person , much nicer than just a product picture. Cons: > No, except the strap on the back of the shoe broke on one shoe. I love shoes with a loop (makes putting shoes on easier than using a shoehorn). It's just not worth sending, packing and…

    Pros
    • The shoes are easy to clean and maintain, making them comfortable and easy to wear.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for all gyms

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Solid lifters have helped me set some new personal records.

I've been doing CrossFit for a few years now, and when we do the "skills" portion of the weightlifting class, some people in the class take out all their gear; Shoes, chalk, belts, etc. Although I usually just focus on using the tools in the gym that I would use in real life, my trainer suggested that lifting shoes are actually a good tool for skill and muscle development That last so long because you're not wearing shoes. I've used the shoes a couple of times and have been very happy with how…

    Pros
    • They come in a variety of sizes so users can choose the fit that suits their foot shape and size.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate padding or padding

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Poor quality: my rating

I do quite a bit of weightlifting and need a shoe that will last. These are not. I had them for a while and soon they started to wear out. Part of the thread broke on the sole of the boot. I also had a crack on the bottom. The quality is not very good and I do not recommend it.

    Pros
    • The shoes feature a breathable design that allows your feet to breathe while reducing sweat and odor.
    Cons
    • May have a strong odor or require frequent airing

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Great for squats but poorly done.

They do what they say, they make me squat lower with more weight. The sole is softer and more resistant than I thought, but they are comfortable for exercising but uncomfortable for walking. The problem is that they are very cheap and fall apart after a few weeks. Too bad I like them but they need to improve the quality.

    Pros
    • The shoes are stylish and look great with sportswear, making them perfect for the fashion-forward fitness enthusiast.
    Cons
    • May not be strong enough for frequent or heavy use

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Only buy if you have narrow feet.

I wear a size 9 or 10 and even though I have a wide foot, these shoes are incredibly narrow. I will be looking for a wider shoe with a nice wide toe box.

    Pros
    • Really helpful if you have ankle mobility issues. Now just crouch down
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with plantar fasciitis.

    Good shoes my rating

I wanted to buy Nordics to replace the old pair. I can't find a pair in the size I need. Stumbled across these core weightlifting shoes and bought them. Same style and characteristics as my Scandinavians. So far, so good.

    Pros
    • The shoes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced weightlifters.
    Cons
    • May not be as breathable as other types of weightlifting shoes.

    Do something for women!

I had to shrink my hair too much since it was only men's sizes, but that's not a big deal. A little tight, but better than too big. They are very good for squats and have helped me a lot in powerlifting competitions. The solid heel height made it much easier to balance heavy weights during deep squats in competition. Generally good shoes. I just wish they were in women's sizes.

    Pros
    • The shoes are highly appreciated by thousands of satisfied customers, proving their effectiveness and quality.
    Cons
    • May not have enough support for those with weak ankles.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Do not buy if you wear wide shoes

Pretty good quality but they don't sell the wide fit shoes I need. The site says to take your normal shoe size, which is what I did, but it's very uncomfortable on the toes and can't even be used if you have an ingrown toenail, which I currently have and I've had to Lift therefore stopping the pain I get when shoes pinch my toes. Another size up would be too big, so I think I'll buy from a company that sells wide shoes.

    Pros
    • They are comfortable to wear during long training sessions and increase performance and endurance.
    Cons
    • May not be compatible with some types of lifting devices.

    Good Squat Shoes: My Reviews

Great shoes for squats. I've tried both Nike sneakers and a pair of Reebok sneakers and they match beautifully. And they don't look bad either.

    Pros
    • Fits well 10.5
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with knee pain

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

1/2 size larger in my opinion.

Just wanted to add that for me I took a size 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I have flat feet and an ankle injury and it worked great! You feel such a connection to the ground and my range of motion has increased on deadlifts and squats. I've only done one workout with them so I'll try to report on durability soon.

    Pros
    • These amazing shoes are THE BEST for hardcore workouts!!!
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with Achilles tendonitis

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Good quality for the price.

Good build, although not as high quality as your elite weightlifting shoes (which can be significantly more expensive). For the price I paid ($80), this is very good value.

    Pros
    • mui komodo
    Cons
    • The quality of the shoes is very poor and I would not buy these shoes again

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Suitable as weightlifting shoes

Some reviews have mentioned that the shoe is too tight or doesn't fit, but in my experience it fits like it should. I wear 12.5 inch athletic shoes and this 12.5 inch shoe fits me like a weightlifting shoe. They're snug and a bit uncomfortable on day one, but the length is just right (about 1/4 inch at the big toe) to prevent the foot from slipping forward and the width prevents lateral movement. The sole is solid, the heel height is just right and I had no problems with the workmanship. Over…

    Pros
    • They come in a variety of colors, making it easy to pick a style that suits your fashion sense.
    Cons
    • May require special care or attention to maintain quality

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Very briefly: my rating

Stupid tight. I couldn't even get over the hooves so they're coming back. Had to try on a friend with smaller and more human feet. She, not even he, she said they were narrow. I was expecting that a show like this, which focuses on weightlifting rather than wrestling, mixed martial arts, etc., would be much broader. So. Be careful, they appear small and narrow

    Pros
    • Good quality shoes at a good price.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for those with low arches.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    The best I've tried

They fit perfectly, which is perfect for me. Added Velcro makes the shoe more secure and also includes laces to prevent them from dangling and unraveling. I tried the innov-8 and they fit my sock very oddly and every step hurts me. Not these!

    Pros
    • They provide excellent arch support and reduce the risk of foot fatigue and injury.
    Cons
    • May not be as comfortable as other types of weightlifting shoes.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Buy one size larger.

I ordered the seventh size. The shoes were more like a six. I agreed to return the shoes and buy a size 8 but they are not shipped for two months. Damn!

    Pros
    • you are doing great work
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with bones
