buy this one size up

I have an 11.5 foot width, I ordered the 12s and they fit as expected, the toe box is a bit tight but to be honest I didn't even notice it when I started walking up and it seems that the material will stretch over time, the soles are quite stiff and most importantly they felt very stable when I got a bad review after a month or so heavy (405 squats) but first impressions are very good. Update, the outsole on one of the shoes is starting to come off, no big deal. It's an easy fix but the metal loop for the velcro snapped and I had to improvise, partly my fault for trying to twist it really tight but still annoying I still recommend it to anyone who's undecided Buying a pair of lifting shoes that you don't want to spend a lot of money on. Annual update, these shoes are still going strong, hard squats 2-3 times a week, don't see them going bad any time soon, have ordered another pair. just in case they are discontinued in the distant future

Pros
  • These strappy and lace-up sneakers are perfect for your feet.
Cons
  • The non-slip outsole may not be as effective as advertised
