The package says the software is included ---- it's not! After contacting support, they told me where to download the software and instructions (which are also not included). As soon as I started, I noticed that the recording is only in mono. Again not specified in the instructions or software information. In another support report, it turned out that some versions of Windows use mono by default. This is an issue that ADStech is aware of, but customers are not warned about. They even know how to fix the problem but they don't warn or instruct their customers about the fix procedure even in downloaded instructions. After the previous problems are finally solved, this works quite well. The software ("twist it again") does a mediocre job of identifying tracks, and I've found that I almost always get better results doing the process manually. The program's noise reduction components do an acceptable job if you don't expect miracles. All said and done, I'm having a good time digitizing my old vinyls and cassettes.
