Great case but totally useless as a speakerphone. As you can see from the photos the company is showing, the speaker holes on the bottom are on the front edge and not in line with the phone's speaker holes on the bottom edge. When the phone is in a case and speakerphone mode is activated, this will result in the speaker output going back to its microphone. The person on the other end of the line hears a horrible echo of his own voice. Bought two, one for me and one for my husband. After receiving complaints from friends who couldn't hear us because of the echo, we experimented and found that there was no echo when the phone was removed from the case or when the speakerphone was not in use. Other than that this is a great case, looks well built with great finishes. That's why I give three stars. We are returning both cases. Update November 2020 The seller did a great job and sent me a new case with matching speaker holes. They followed him to make sure it was right. I haven't had a chance to use a replacement case and write a review until now. I just had a chance, it suits my needs very well. Upgrade to 4 stars for excellent customer service and product exchange.
