This USB 1.1 switch didn't work with my setup and I had to change it to a USB 3.0 switch. I have an RGB mechanical keyboard and RGB Qi mouse that I need to switch between a work laptop and a personal laptop. The keyboard connects with a USB cable, and the RGB Qi mouse uses a wireless USB adapter. When using this switch, the mechanical keyboard did not work properly. This was most noticeable when pressing the "1" key and typing "F1" on the keyboard. In addition, both accessories use the iCue software to control the functions, which also does not work properly. In fact, when using this switch, the iCue software had a critical mouse firmware error and advised me to contact support. When connecting the mouse directly to the laptop, there was no firmware error and the mouse worked perfectly. This switch didn't work for my setup so I had to return it, your mileage may vary but I wouldn't recommend it if you use RGB Mechanical Accessories games.
