the installation was tedious, but that's not the fault of the product. You literally have to turn off the old engine. So if you are not willing to take such a risk, be prepared to pay someone to do it. The item fits perfectly and comes with instructions. Deducted one star because there was a click at low settings; had to adjust the screws holding it to stop it. However, a hard bump or pothole will bring it back. Of course it could be a user install error, but I had no trouble following any of the steps in the guide. I would suggest that this product comes with some sort of rubber washer that fits between the metal adjuster ring and the motor housing to keep the anti-click settings constant.
