In theory I would have liked to use these socks as slippers for my dog. I also thought these would be good balloon socks to keep her feet warm outside. I have a very small, fine-haired, almost hairless mini Chihuahua who freezes, trembles and always has cold feet. She almost always needs a sweater to keep her body warm. The price for a set of five pairs of 4-piece socks was quite reasonable for a special item. The quality of the product is also excellent. Very short, they won't work and realistically, unless you attach the included velcro to them by wrapping them around your dog's leg, they won't stay on your dog. When dogs become active, they throw their socks on furniture or the floor. I find them useless as you really can't use the velcro that easily as it sticks to knitted socks and lifts the socks. It ruins nice socks! It was a waste of my money, buyers regret!
